you're not oiling the pan first, thats why it sticks and burnt, and lower the heat please :)

@aartinsharma its just called the Pancake Puff. you can google the name & it'll take you the their website and some stores sell it too like Walmart

Hi There, Just a suggestion, you should check out the you tube video of Chef Arne in Solvang. It's very entertaining, and he'll show you how to make easy, authentic aeblskiver (Skandinavian round pancakes). He runs a restaurant and clearly knows his way around this process, and is so fun to listen to!
But it looks like you folks had fun, and hopefully had a nice feast. All the best thoughts to you. :>

mine ableskewe pan always stick to the cast iron...
dont you have to oil it then bake it for like 1 hour? so it will become a non-stick.
