  • I love his passion and energy. If we can all take a lesson and from him and desperately seek out our passions, the world would be better.

Just met Shelton Johnson a few days ago in Yosemite. You really got to meet this man. Those of us who met him were totally focus on his presence. We got him to sign his video and his latest book "Gloryland."

He loves to meet people who loves the national parks.

Shelton is married and his son is in college. We plan on taking him out to dinner when we see you again next year.

  • I agree. We need more.

  • I was lucky to here him speak in person the other day in Atlanta about getting kids in the outdoors and it was very moving.

  • sorry ms. he is married with a son. I am friends with his family- they are great people.

  • Wow! This man is very hot to me. To be able to be so eloquently and poetically describe nature. He thrills my soul with his words. Is he single? LOL but still serious asking.

  • Man, when i saw this guy on TV, I couldn't take my eyes away. He's a freaking poet

  • the dude is a great american

  • His words are on the same level as John Muir's. His sense of nature as something that can be felt by all the senses is beyond true. He is an inspiration to those who seek the prestige and beauty of nature. Basically he owns.
