It's typically against the law because the snow/ice can fly off and strike vehicles behind them. Some can be pretty heavy and cause damage.

i love how only 2 people understand why the front wheels arent spinning. youre all a bunch of fucking inbred retards if u cant figure it out. also, its not pointless, you wouldnt feel that way if that fucking 40 foot ice sheet flew off at 40 mph and came thru ur fucking windshield as u followed that bus.

@casemods buses are rear wheel drive, he had his foot on the brake, since brakes apply 60% of the pressure to the front wheels they lock up first causing the rear to push the front along
