The ninja is the most annoying character but he is no where near as much of an annoyance as you make him out to be. Every character has their strengths and weaknesses. Ninjas ,known for speed and quickness, should be landing more attacks in one go then (lets say) a Spartan. Its really all about making things even for the game and I think they do it just fine here. If you are a skilled player though then you will know how to make things work and thats where it gets really annoying.
