This type of program is not the soultion, it is the problem. Anarchy loves this type of troop building. You appear to be part of it.

That problem is expoitation of people. I guess you think I am part of the problem? I recognize brain washing when I see it and yes there are people who are more likely to accpect that there is someting wrong with them, espcially those with pschological problems, from broken or under privledged families. Brainwashers love to exploit problems.
