    It is a 'floating' bogie... the two axles are connected (flexibly), either by a solid arm on each side, such as Hendrickson, or the spring itself, such as the old Mack 'Camelback' suspension... The arm or spring is attached to the frame through a pivot point at the center... Thus, BOTH axles share equal weight at all times...
