this doesnt look like moose really. i learned to make moose by folding firm peak egg whites into the rest of the mix as the last step. this causes the moose to firm up a little when chilled and has small tiny air bubbles in the moose making it very fluffy. this just kinda looks like sweet icing. but im sure its still tasty
