The form I found it in was already a JF cut, so I can only leave the synopsis I gathered from watching the whole in Spanish that I don't really understand.

A couple of other weird dreams with heroine's mother & the "hunky doctor".

In waking state Syd (our heroine) gets involved with a patient who works as a stripteaser. This patient needs to reduce her heavy breasts to relieve her spine because of some spinal disks problems but she doesn't have money for such an operation. Syd tries to get her operated in the University Hospital for free with help of Dr.Marcus, but the Medical Committee deems it unjustified. The patient however collapses at work with multiple ruptures and thus requires urgent surgery. Dr.Marcus offers his services with patient's transfer to University Hospital and Sydney assists him (watch out, JF's hot in the scrub suit).

Then the old lady again works her little magic: at episode's start, Syd modestly refuses David's invitation to dinner but at the end the old lady tells her some details (purportedly about the subject of the conversation taking place right after David singing with kids) that inspire Syd to ran away joyfully looking for Dr.Marcus and they finally go to dinner together.
