Dog doesn't know how to react to cat high on catnip

Chili the dog's first encounter with Georgie on catnip. Chili has known Georgie since he was an 8 week old pup and despite Chili's curiousity, Georgie has kept him in his place... but Chili has never seen Georgie like this!!

@kddfvk People are stupid and forget that it got called "cat nip" for a reason. Cats evolved for millions of years and if a cat found some catnip in the wild it would sniff it and who would stop it? If it were bad for cats they would have learned to avoid it.

I don't understand all the dislikes. Nothing harmful is happening to the cat. My cat gets like this WITHOUT catnip.
