Wow. That looks easier than it really is. You are lean and that is an advantage. At 54 it is easier said than done to lose weight. I'm like 30 pounds overweight. When I was in my 20's I was in great shape. Thanks. JAMES.

i just do the pull ups on my door....this looks like u get more of a stretch on ur back and your legs 2!!!

Wow! I'm impressed! I'm actually also impressed with your transfer ability. It looks like you have control of your abdominal muscles... do you? I'm a T7 complete (chest down paralysis) and female, so without abdominal muscle control to use to lift my body up, and with the typical shorter female arms, I'm having tons of trouble with transfers. I hope I can get myself to the point where I can transfer and pull myself up with my arms like that, though! You're an inspiration!

haven´t read your comment earlier... no I don´t have abdominal muscle functions or at least just a minimum. Keep practicing and you´ll improve, sure!!

I´m complete an 6.1 tall... for sure it`s easyer if your smaller but thats the way it is ;) thank`s for the comment
