Demi-Leigh was taken to hospital but died two days later
The father of a two-year-old who was murdered in Greater Manchester has paid tribute to his "baby girl".
Demi-Leigh Mahon was found suffering from serious head injuries at an address on Liverpool Road in Eccles, Salford, last Tuesday.
She was taken to hospital but died two days later.
Her father Gary Mahon said: "Demi-Leigh was a much loved little girl of Sindy and Gary. She was our little princess and our baby girl."
'So loveable'
Mr Mahon added: "Demi was an adored daughter, sister, niece, granddaughter and cousin who can never be replaced, and the light has gone out of our lives.
"Demi was a happy child who was always smiling and was so loveable. Her favourites were the Tweenies and she loved to play outdoors."
