looks like an awful lot of surface piercing drag. There's nothing to show what the effect of the DSS is in this. you're sailing a boat that already has wings, so righting moment is fairly high.. nice vid of a sailboat going fast, but not sure that particular boat wouldn't have gone fast without the foils.
