Cool! Lets go for a walk in the hill side brush just as the sun falls on the city, it's beautiful... it's worth seeing. Why would I do that with someone I don't know? Better question.... What would I not? Should fear rule my life? No it kills me inside just as much as one could hurt me on the outside. I don't care who you are, this is my lesson in tolerance, I would simply enjoy the walk with you and the conversation, that's it! A friendship formed that easy!

  • I do agree one needs help to find the purpose in their lives. I do not however view depression as a condition, disability, or a disease. Depression is a misunderstanding of a situation or of ones self, the struggle is trying to makes sense of it all. The thing is, one will never make sense of it all, in fact all one really needs to do it understand them selves not the situation. I teach people how to find them selves, when they do, the depression disappears quickly, even deep depression.

  • BELIEVE IN THE POWER OF THE MIND

  • I don't understand how I feel sometimes and am skeptical on whether it is even depression. Anger or just plain sadness hits me and ruins my day but im never able to fully comprehend it. Thanks for putting it in a different perspective.

  • @RB902050 absolutely right, why treat an injury with just a band-aid if there's an underlying infection? There needs to be other measures taken, thank you for your comment, I hope you are doing well! :)

  • @mikeborja1 I think the biggest problem is treating the depression without adressing the root cause. Masking the symptoms will only go so far. In my case my severe lonliness is the cause of my depression, take away the lonliness and regain my trust in others and the depression goes away, it's that simple.
