See video garden calendar at organotill.org. Filmed 4/17/11. Shows part 1 of the mycorrhizal fungi growing process to make inoculant for next year's garden plants. This is one of many videos that follows the gardening season chronologically in Kansas City and similar areas. We hope that people can follow along and work in their own gardens at organotill.org. Organotill.org features organic no-till methods used at Niles Home for Children's Garden, Tracy Garden & elsewhere.

  • Your reference to Al Gore makes me think that your words are more political than scientifically based. I appreciate what Gore has done to defend the truth but i knew of global warming before i ever heard his name. There is much more to the story than that CO2 promotes growth. Please dig deeper. We need you and anyone who sincerely wants to defend truth to understand climate change. Check out James Hanson or Bill McKibben. Good luck.

  • Good composting techniques but Global Spoofing has been proven to be an investment scam.

Carbon Dioxide makes ALL GREEN THINGS GROW FASTER. Any simpleton knows that, so tell Al Gore. Fast growing greenery produces more oxygen than slower old growth plant life.

  • @xenon467 Hydroponic stores all sell mycorrhizal fungi.

  • Hey I Like your video, I'm in college writing a paper on mycoremediation. I am doing an experiment with soil contaminated with hydrocarbons, and I want to try and reduce the amount of hydrocarbons with mycelium. I am the stage that I need to choose a fungi that I can spread on the contaminated soil. Just wondering if you have any suggestions on how to go about doing this and obtain the fungi.

  • It is to show how to help save the soil of our very limited land....it also shows how at the same time to help reduce carbon emissions. The video explains how to start and colonize fungi and bacteria that live in the soil and establish a relationship with plant roots......join in and learn how!
