The Army made more amphibious landings than the Marines, and it was an Army Infantry Division that set the record for combat endurance in the Pacific... Yet, all you hear about is the Marines "storming the beaches killing Japs".

Infantry is their job. unless your some paper pusher, i can understand that. But Marines have paper pushers too. I think the Marines got their head up their ass, but i never said anything against their fighting ability. My cousin is a Scout Sniper in the Corp for god sake..
