Duh, guys, of couse it's fanmade, several things make it obvious.
1.The drawing style
2.The logos used, I mean, Sega pictures, no such thing,Sega themselves would never animate something like this they would get another company to do it for them if they're bothered at all.
3.The fonts used, they would not have used that 'word document' style writing.
4. Mobius- Sega want to keep games and comic/cartoon continuities seperate, so would not use this.

Lolz this is fan made, but job well done on faking those screenshots. There is no Sega pictures company and a search on Oliver Langdon didn't turn up anything. Plus mobius is only in the comics Sega doesn't consider it cannon.
