@AyAyAyNaru paul and john hated eachother at the end of the beatles, there was like a whole year where the beatles were not working together and john had left the band but it hadnt been publicly noted. paul made a statement that he was leaving the band in order to promote his new solo album. john hated him for this as john had actually left the band almost a year before. ontop of this paul wouldnt accept the new management choices and wasnt as sympathetic of brian epstein. big hatred there

I never knew that George played guitar on "Oh My Love". I always thought it was John on guitar and Nicky Hopkins on piano. I've been able to play this on guitar since about 1988. It's one of John's prettier songs, and there's nothing wrong with pretty once in a while.

@romans52345 - George went to school with Paul. The school was next door to the Liverpool Art College that John attended. Paul joined the Quarrymen (John's first band) in summer of 1957. Sometime in early 1958 George joined the band through Paul. That's how it all went down. John wasn't sure about George at first because he was barely 15. But George played "Raunchy" perfectly, so John was sold on him after that.

Just seeing George and John together, making music etc. is just fuckin' magical. They were men of such conviction and presence, ahh just beautiful.

OKay, I know the beatles broke up and all, but I nver understood - how did John and Paul come to "hate" eachother - or did they? Í don´t undestand why it´s George that makes music with John , and not Paul. Can anybody explain to me? XD
