Resident Evil 4 PC

Yay! Resident Evil 4 on the PC was a horrible port at first. I want to know the explanation why they forgot basic lightmaps and light effects, among other effects... The 1.10 patch fixes up stuff, but you can see it suddenly has more to render, it loads a bit longer, and some scenes, the framerate can drop. No matter, as the game look as gorgeous as...well the PS2 version sadly, but still miles better how it looked like initially. A resolution of 1280 x 1024 helps. :D Demonstrating the new lightning effects in my favorite bit in the game: The Sudden Random Nonsense Zelda-Like Gauntlet With Lava and Lots of Fire Stuff.

Do you use keyboard or control pad? keyboard sucks, but I guess I have to deal with it since its not compatible with PS3 controllers :(

@xXHANIFXx1 I used a Xbox 360 controller for this one, works fine.

There is by default no mouse control which is the dumbest thing ever, and I haven't sought out if there are improvement to the available mods.

hm, it says kick instead of suplex.

Some weird preference Leon has: He can only do this with Zealots and Commandos.... He just kicks Villagers. :D

On the wii it's ridiculously easy..so alot more fun to do to. *Bang. Smash. Bang. Smash*

Because RE4 plays in...well.. NOT Spain. It's in Europe, the currency is pesos and they all speak spanish...but Capcom said specifically they're NOT in Spain..so...

I love to call it NotSpain.

when i play it on my pc and my big bro's pc theres no lightdetails. all rooms are just fully lightened.

When they get on there knees you can do a suplex when they cover there eyes you do a kick.. works for all!
