We are not making this mod now, unfortunately however I am working on a similar project alone. Jesse found a job in China so became too busy to work on it.

We are looking to do an FPS/Adventure hybrid with the CryEngine2, and so far it is looking very promising. We want to provide more interactive and possibly emotional experiences for the player that are reminiscent of older adventure games.
The influences we're drawing from are (in no particular order) Blade Runner (both the movie and the Westwood PC game), Deus Ex, Neocron, Tarantino dialog/action, and Cowboy Bebop.
Here is a video showing off what the new system will look like. I cant stress enough that most of the stuff in here, animations (stock), sounds, and even the fonts etc for the dialog are placeholders. As the mod gets closer to release it will start to look better, especially once we get an animator to help with some of the bar animations.

@jjjjjjapan oh nice. Give him a back patt from me! Thats some nice acting. Wouldn't have guessed it was the same person. Believable... just not something you'd expect.

@BEASLAND000 Well unfortunately it isn't being made anymore! Also it never had a name, just 'Cyberpunk'. There is a link below the video which leads to the project page if you are interested.
