Amazing! So powerful. Janggu is such a beautiful traditional Korean music form.

really a good example of how intricate seated janggu performances can get. I do think that the video owner should include his name (Kim Ungshik) in the info for the video, though.

The same for Janggu, I think indians and Koreans have similar culture in terms of musical instruments. ^^ I love Indian music btw.

I kill procrastination with this. Every time I listen to such strong and deep percussion, my blood starts to rush, making want to work hard.

Nice! This is same as our Awaaj drum from India.It's rare nowadays, only place I have seen was northern Karnataka. It's use is more then 3000 years old. Looks and sounds the same as janggu...It has been largely displaced by the Dhol nowadays.
