absolutely, im from northern ireland and where i would say that badminton is actually very popular through the whole UK, they just dont have it to be as good as the asians!
-
well said my man!!

@taftsshorts What the hell do you know you make up that shit, there's no such thing, all they care about is winning. Look at Han Jian of China who won the men's singles world championships in 1986 he was shorter than my dog! You have no idea what you're saying.

@taftsshorts She helped develop the game of badminton by shattering the image of what a top female player could be in the Chinese coaches' eyes. She has helped popularize badminton in France and Europe. She couldn't have done any of that in China, where they weren't supporting her.

@lg123xyz She left because the Chinese coaching mentality at the time was: "She's too short to be a top talent." They didn't even give her a chance to develop or prove her own abilities, because of a physical trait she couldn't control. How would you feel? And today in top Chinese women's badminton there are many shorter players: Wang Xin,Jiang Yanjiao,Wang Shixian,Yip Pu Yin.. she broke open the door for all of them by being an example of a successful shorter player.

Pi HongYang this sell-out bitch moves over to France and betrays her country.

Does she say Ginger at 2:35? xD

wow dude oven though im like a intermediate player wouldnt it be great to play one of these pros
-
haha...
While replacing everyone's national players with Chinese would certainly even things about... it sort of defeats the object of a WORLD competition.
There's no excuses, if China's the best they got there by being good, and the rest of the world have to put up with that or change it themselves. Imagine in football if they distributed Brazilians to every country!
