i was wondering if this is a cardio work out? since i got sum body fat that i want to lose first before i use toning my muscles. is that right? lol

I love these sparkpeople videos! It has been horrible weather here the past 2 weeks, air is nice and chewy. :( So I have been doing the spark people videos for my cardio workout. It has been wonderful! I look forward to exercising now! And that has never happened before!

I did day one and two together and I am sweating and panting and loving myself I feel good I'm trying to lose 8 inches from around my waist and I already lost one doing her exercise since the 5th of Jan thanks so much.

I can't find any back videos, do you have some that concentrates only on the back? If not, do you have some videos that are good for the back?

OH, and, according to Consumer Reports, you dont have to spent a ton of money for a home gym. They suggest a set of weights, a balance ball, resistance bands, and a mat. Thats all you need, and these videos are proof of that!

i dont have a ball. I have seen each of the 7 excercises and i cant do 6 of them cuz i dont hav a ball.are ther any subsitutes of a ball?

Check out our channel for dozens of exercise videos that don't use a ball, and several that don't use any equipment at all!
