100% worth it. Would your rather spend hundreds of dollars (depending on the heli you have) on every crash or $200 or less on a simulator?
A few weeks ago I crashed my blade 400 due to a defective radio and it cost $70 to repair.
When you get up into the nitros they can easily cost a few hundred bucks to repair.

And that, my friend, is why you need to stick to the sim. This is the sloppiest 3D I have EVER seen! Even on a sim!
