Last years sell out event 'The New Forest 100 Sportive', is back... bigger and better than before! Now as pinnacle event of the 'New Forest Cycle Festival, riders are sure of the a magical sportive combined with post event, entertainment, BBQ and Live Music.
The New Forest 100 Sportive, is set against the stunning backdrop of the New Forest National Park. The course sweeps through the quiet leafy country roads, taking in some challenging but short hills such as the 25% Blissford Hill and breathtaking views. With typical speed limits of 20mph and few very few cars, you will be able to enjoy the spectacular scenery in peace.
The event is open to a wide range of riders and abilities, with the options of a 100 mile epic; 66 mile standard and 44 mile fun route.
The spectacular scenery of The New Forest National Park, combined with wild animals grazing at the roadside and picturesque villages, make this a truly special sportive!
The event includes all the sophistication you would expect from a Wiggle Super Series Event, including: electronic timing, well stocked feed stations, tarmac parking, over £10 of free energy products, a free Cycling Active Magazine, event photography, Free Tea and Coffee, Showers, toilets, mechanical support, bike wash facilities and most importantly an extremely well marked course!
Each Rider will get free entry in to the New Forest Cycle Festival, the Festival will include: Live Music, BBQ, Local trade stalls, Entertainment, Free Children's activities and on site fun rides. With discounted local accommodation available the festival gives riders a great reason to make a weekend of it! The Festival is jam packed with a variety of cycling events too... why not take part in either the MTB / Cyclocross or Road Hill Climb on the Saturday as a warm up for the 'New Forest 100 Sportive'!

I did the fun ride and it was superbly organized. What a great way to get out for the weekend and see the country that we live in! I'll definitely be doing more of these in the future.
