Unreleased material written and produced by Amon Tobin. All tracks are featured on Tobin's website: http://www.amontobin.com

Unfortunately each of his contributions are omitted from the Splinter Cell: Conviction (European) Limited Collector's Edition Original Soundtrack CD, except one piece named by Michael Nielson; "Amon".

Note the only other prevalent in-game music not accounted for is "Building Steam With A Grain Of Salt", featured in the ending of the Third Echelon HQ mission. This is written and produced by DJ Shadow and is available for purchase on his 1996 physical album "Entroducing...".

  • its a good song but this doesnt seem to match the sound quality of the actual in-game music. example at the very beginning 0:00, it sounds different in the game

  • @no1ymfan Unfortunately these unreleased Tobin tracks were only ever available streaming via his website in MP3 Pro @ 128kbps (IMHO absolute shit)... :(

  • Needs a better name...

  • @go4moo Well, go ask Amon Tobin :p

  • @H4RR7JH yo check out discogs bro, everyone who got the soundtrack gives it his own name only the discogsversion is right, pretty strange that everyone has to edit the songnames

  • @gurkensexshop Discogs doesn't necessarily have anything right.

Tobin is releasing a new album this year (2011) entitled "Chaos Theory Remixed" for the 3DS version of the game. It includes this piece, entitled "Splinter Cell Conviction Theme Menu". It's already available on iTunes.

  • @ObnoxiousBullet Of course they will just have to wait! Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell Retribution will be the sixth installment in the Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell (series) of Video games developed and published by Ubisoft. And is to be lead developed by Ubisoft Toronto's Jade Raymond, Who also lead Assassins Creed's development, in conjunction with Ubisoft Montreal.

  • Does anybody know what Sound library he used? I like that tremolo guitar instrument I also the effects.

  • very chill, me and my mate would stay up all night drinking strongbow in his room with this menu music goin

  • It seems like this and Sam's Rage are the two songs people love the most from Conviction. I don't blame 'em.

  • @ObnoxiousBullet They are, the new division of Ubisoft announced that they would be working on the next title

  • THEY NEED TO MAKE ANOTHER SPLINTER CELL!

  • I love that frozen still shot of the white house battle at the main menu. And how when you change menus, it pans around. So cool ;)
