In Africa, gorillas and other apes and monkeys are hunted for their meat. The capital of Cameroon is rife with illegal bush meat traders throwing their goods off a trains to meet the market trade. Slaughtered animals from the African bush arrive in market towns across Africa every day. Although the trade is banned, markets still accept the meat for sale. Your theory that new animals "immediately" take the place of extinct species and people can keep hunting and eating whatever they want is incredibly ignorant and foolish. Evolution is not immediate, it takes time to replenish lost biodiversity. We must manage our natural resources responsibly!
