lmao....hilarious! "S" as in signs and symptoms should have confirmed NOI. Could have gotten a verbal from this pt., that there was no MOI. That said, what purpose did DCAP BTLS serve other than killing time unnecessarily. Don't forget to check condition of pt Nitro., in date doesn't mean it's any good, hot pockets and washing machines are hard on meds.

@MsBella121209 Yeah really only one small thing I noticed they didn't do right, at least according to orange book. And it's not a big deal, but you when making initial impression of patient you note the characteristics by reporting color, temp, then whether dry or not. "Skin pale, cool, and clammy"
In video they did temp & feel first, and color last.

Just my two cents
-chest pain=ALS, request the additional resources
-I recommend asking the date instead of time for A&OX3
-Guys wearing shades indoors are douchbags
-o2 is administered in liters, not milliliters
-don't touch your face during a call
-this is most likely a medical emergency, worry about checking for dcapbtls en route.
-write down any info your pt gives you on your run tcket or your gloves. PT's hate repeating themselves.
-It's cardiac compromise not "heart compromise"
