Is it possible that at 4:19, where SO4^2- + 2X^- + 2H^+ ... the 2 'X' atoms with negative 'charge' can react with the 2 positive hidrogen atoms stabilizing? Or this is like a final `stable' result, in which the elements won't react in their current medium?

No, actually the reaction of H+ and X- to give HX does not occur because HX (all except HF) are strong acids and are completely dissociated in water.
