You arn't supposed to run at a coyote if you want them to come near you, running at them when they are alone will only chase them away

@candycane3800 Obviously, you couldn't see it in the video. The coyote was afraid of Shay, and the possibility that it would attack him was slim to none. The only time it would turn on him would be if he cornered it and it had no other means of escape. As you can see, they were in an widely open area in which the coyote could have fled in all different directions. It's only concern was getting away. not chomping down on Shay.
