I know this is an old video but I noticed the Left Sling was rapid firing which it should not be.
Easy fix is just to bend the contacts behind the sling rubber behind just bend then slightly forward and hit it with the ball and see if it rapid fires again.

Gotta love these classic Sterns. Lots more fun then most Bally's from that era, if you ask me. I'll post some movies of my Stern Lightning when I have the time. Also a great machine.
