when i try to extrude mine the line curves and doesnt extrude a new point

When I select a certain two vertices it wont make an edge. Or if I box select a square of these vertices it wont select the face. If i went to go extrude them it would only extrude the two vertices, not face which is what I want. Help is much appreciated.

@kingxerxesofpersia Make sure you have all selected by going into wireframe mode (pressing z) and then box select everything. Also, if you right click accidently or something, then you will not see it extruded, but it will be there right on top of what you had select. Just grab (pressing g) and then move. I hope that helps you.

@KilleroyCZ You'll have to export the model to do that. Go to file>export and choose your selected output. Make sure that only the objects you want to export are selected.
