Wow, he's freaking hilarious! I can totally relate to being introverted and getting nervous like that....but also he is blessed with such AMAZING acting abilities and a personality it just goes to show that you don't need to be incredibly confident/outgoing to have great success. I absolutely love how he can immerse himself in a role, you believe him 100%

leno doesn't even know how 2 rescue a bad interview. his apperance on Letterman on 2008 was way worse, partly cause he intended it 2 be, and Dave made it much funnier. "Well I'm sorry u couldn't be here tonight, joaquin."
