Blender 3D Particles in fast swirling motion

made in Blender 2.45

not sure if this is what a Super Nova Looks like.

i really tried hard on this one and ive litteraly just uploaded 249 mb of video

The Camera is actualy orbiting a sphere emmiting particles and the Camera is the Child to the Parent Which is the armature.

the armature is sort of acting like a swing and at the end it flys off the orbit of the shpere.

i could make "the making of" this animation

How many emitters are spawning the particles? If it's just one, I'd recommend adding another one which spawns a smaller number of the exact same particles, but moves and rotates differently, to add more natural-looking chaos.
