Peugeot 908 After Crash at 1000km of Spa Practice

Pug's 908 (LMP1) collided with the RML-entered no.36 Honda Performance Development ARX-o1d (LMP2), driven by Mike Newton, during the second practice session under braking for the Stavelot flick (corner 12) during an overtaking manouevre.

Peugeot driver, Pedro Lamy, wasn't injured and returned to his team. Newton, who didn't lose consciousness, was transferred to Verviers hospital, but his state doesn't give any cause for worry.
