A dynamic conversation with Mr. Lino Solis, Esq., delivers priceless gems for the aspiring corporate lawyer. Mr. Solis shares his history on the road to becoming a major player in the arena of corporate law, and invaluable insight for anyone seeking this career path! Get you pen and pads ready!
'if not more major than anyone else'. Hmm wonder who he's referring to. Typical double-standard, typical minority racism against white people, typical group-think and provinchial black tribalism.

If you look at NFL or NBA, blacks make up over 65% and 79% of the players, no one is asking for white affirmative action, quotas etc to even out the numbers relative to population. Merit matters then.
The opposite scenario is very different: the interviewer, obviously obsessed with being black, creates the illusory impression that black prospective students are downtrodden victims. In fact, black people don't have to do as well academically to get into college (PJ Media » 'Yellow Peril' Redux).
