This is Margaret Harder, formerly Harder, now uses her maiden name since Tim Harder, former Sea Org, now SP declared and she divorced since she wanted to stay in the Sea Org and Tim was declared for having committed several counts of fraud and financial irregularities costing the Manor hundreds of thousands of dollars.
