Me playing Coheed and Cambria's "Welcome Home" over a backing track that has the lead guitar removed as well as some rhythm guitar. I made up my own solo for this song. Enjoy!

  • Awesome

  • youre a shiney golden god of down strumming O.o if only my guitar had a wammy bar :/ stupid gibson sg...

  • solo impro, you should have the million views not the idiot kid with bad tone and technique. Nice sweep arpeggios btw

  • damn great from hell yeah!!haha.solo pretty awesome!

  • @mtlx720 idk how do to say this without being contradictory, but it was great, amazing, not trying to criticize him but he missed a part, me personally, would have played the part he missed instead of rhythm because it's something i would have done, i mean its only my opinion and i feel thats what would have been best. perhaps not to you, but to me it would have sounded good.

  • @mariowrestling well he's one person without overdubbing the video so of course he can't play both lines simultaneously...im not really sure how you can criticize him for that. this backing track has no rhythm or lead guitar either. this is still the best version i've seen on youtube;that solo ripped

  • @sommervilleTRS117 it's hard to explain but it's right before the middle with the pinched harmonics, like when the song says "if you could just write me out" or whatever it is he says, there's a completely different riff going on and it happens twice, he missed both of them, i mean he played it well nonetheless even tho he missed that

  • A smooth operator, operating correctly.

Great improvised solo, and a great cover all around.

  • @mariowrestling what part did he miss ?

  • this is great, don't get me wrong but you missed a part of the song and you played the solo not the way it was meant to be played, but still not detracting from the awesomeness, just giving you feedback as a fellow guitarist
