@keeyk118b The problem is that we some times have difficulty absorbing B12 so it does not matter how much B12 we consume. Why is 40% of meat eaters in the US low in B12? In any case, milk is among the most unhealthy thing you can consume, that and its bi products.. so perhaps ditch only the milk? :)

@keeyk118b diet isnt the only implication on health. your grandparents were probably physically active and got plenty of sleep. Also it was a different time with plenty of fresh air and not as much stress for some people.

Old people look healthy because they're not "lepers", but the aging has to happen, put a fruit in room temperature for a long time and it gets wrinkly, people came from plants as a result of this, like all animals, specifically apes in extremely ancient evolution might have evolved from pears. I can't explain why hair turns white. But why do make up artists for films like this leave some of the natural features on a person? E.g. in a film why does Steve Martin look like an old man?

Your Granny grew up in a time without much junk food, less pollution, better soil, more physical exercise, less radiation. She most likely has a strong genetic makeup received from her parents. She has lived a life that allowed her to maintain high nerve energy which allows her body to easily rid itself of the waste products of poor food choices. She has lived to 102 in spite of eating tacos & fajitas, not because of them. Hope she lives another 20 years!

Heya... Have you ever tried out DietOramy food plan (just search Google)? I have learned of a number staggering materials on it and in addition my step-brother got rid of a huge amount of extra pounds using it.
