Conan spoke how the song really gained new meaning to him after the NBC shakedown, and even as the tour progressed, the song held new meaning for him. From when I bought my ticket for the show, and when the show rolled around, the song gained a new meaning in my life. The parody lyrics were once an amusing reference, but now they taunt me.

Either way, you and I, everyone, no matter what our struggle--We will survive.
