Hi! When i tried this, i tried hot glue gun, super glue, and everything imaginable but when i would open the bobby-pin to put it on my hair, the gem would pop off! what should i do?

cute :) for home coming i wanted to buy some small diamond clips but at clairs theyd be like $10-$15 :P i love that you can just make the stuff yourself for like a tenth of the price
