80s shirtless hunk hexum in 'cover up'

more of king of 80s shirtlessness, Jon- Erik Hexum. By 84, this talented actor had his own show, the pec-fest that was 'Cover Up'. The premise - a neat role reversal on formulas like 'charlie's angels' - had our hunky star posing as a male model while investigating crime. Ample shirtless scenes like these followed. Sadly, Hexum's career was tragically cut short by a fatal accident on the set of this show. Hexum is the James Dean of shirtlessness - and here's why.

Most of the scenes here are from JEH's last episode on Cover Up. I noticed it's not Jon-Erik's voice from 0:57 to 1:06; by the time this episode was finished, JEH had already died and someone else redubbed some of his lines.

he was a very handsome guy. He would have been as big as tom cruise maybe if he lived.

he was using a 44 magnum with blanks and he shot himself in the head. The blank at close range drove the wad into his head. He seems to have been a good guy. It was a bad scene, his heat was donated and the guy who got it tried to make celebrity off the deal.
