I received this via tropo around 1993 probibly the last dx UHF reception as i gave up dx-ing about that time.
I think this signal came from germany as it looks like the same channel as the one on the astra satellite at 19.2 deg east,As the picture has no co-channel interference it must have been on a vacant channel which at my location (northwest england) is not many.
The most likely channel is CH 36 from dusseldorf.
I also had to cut out some of the ads because it ran over the ten minute limit.

Rety! Rok 1993 a całe 10 minut reklam :/ W polsce w tamtych czasach prawie wogóle nie było reklam; blok 5cio minutowy to był max.

Yes, it is definitively RTL from Germany, who identified themselves as "RTL-Television" at that time. The "television" was dropped out of the name a few years ago and today's ID is simply "RTL" - the "bric" is still in use as today's logo.
