Dude! That is Ralph! Russ Parrish was the later guitarist after this guy by the name of Brian Young, who DLR picked up after Steve Vai had left! You seem not to know much about The Atomic Punks! Lance Turner is now the current guitarist with Ricky M'coy on vocals. Original members, Joe Lester & Scott Patterson still reside. Ralph, & Russ are now in a band you may have heard, by the name of Steel Panther.

Also, this is before Russ. The AP started in 1994. This particular guitarist was picked up by DLR for his solo tour in the late 90's. And is now the current guitarist for the punks. However, the band does lack it's main appeal now that Ralph is gone. The new guy wouldn't be so bad if his vibrato didn't sound like a damn billy goat.

The old singer, Ralph Saenz, was better than this turkey!!! The old guitarist, Russ Parrish, was also better than this guy!!! This is a classic example of how great bands change from being great to being an ordinary band because old members either quit, or got kicked out.
