Need a winch, and a hook on the side of the go-jacks. Hook the line up to one of the jacks, and winch it out.

I would have slimmed into it and released the ebrake or hooked the rear with my truck after placing the go jacks and just towed it across the complex like that then hooked the front and boogie... there is always a way!
