PARK RANGER STEVEN POWERS pt. 1 001.MPG

Part 1 (of 3) Audio from arrest July 4, 2011 @ Mile Marker 88, Highway 24 Capitol Reef National Park. The audio fades at 3:50 and picks up again on part 2 @ 23:00. I left the entire audio alone for the record. You can hear two cars pass by, showing there was very little traffic in the Park at that time. You can hear Park Ranger Steven Powers take his recording device out of his pocket @ 2:45, and then you can hear it HIT THE SEAT OF MY VEHICLE. He then walks me away so our conversation cannot be recorded. My recording device is laying on the ground. I was not allowed to activate it.
