Facebully is a documentary about a young boy called Tom Mullaney who experienced bullying both at school and online. Sadly the bullying and torment became too much for Tom and on the 19th of May 2010 he took his own life.

Facebully confronts the issues around bullying on facebook and challenges the website to make changes which could save other young users from experiencing such abuse.

  • "the one person that says nothing" - face book is not a person.

  • @fwogddy True, but its people that run facebook who can make a change and they're refusing to comment or implement new features to help stop anything like this happening again.

  • Miss this boy more than words can describe -/3

  • He should have just deleted his Facebook...

  • people who commit suicide are cowards

  • Although I feel sorry for the family

It is the internet, trolls are everywhere - their communities are far far far larger than 9000. I remember watching the Sky News video. There is legislation for cyber bullying.

Don't talk to people you got problems with, don't even acknowledge they exist. They'll get bored and move on (normally) - and for people saying Facebook is a bad thing. Facebook has done everything, you can even make your profile private to all (Including friends/family)

  • This was a warm and intresting doc, Im so sad for what happened with tom. Very well put together. R.I.P TOM.

  • (fwogddy) Think you've missed the point of the documentary if your commenting on things like that dumbass!
