  • It looks so quiet and peaceful without cars

  • wow. this is like time travel with your eyes

Originally from Moscow, I'm living in NZ now and it's weird - I feel like missing the city I never knew as I was born 76 years after the shot.

  • Yes it really looked cool and peaceful in, those days but the people mostly had rough lives.

  • Great, to think that the boys were looking into the camera in 1908. If only someone one told they we would be looking at them over 100 years from then

  • The scenery, the whiteness of the snow, look so clean and unpolluted. It must have been difficult to clean the streets with all those horses.

  • Beautiful footage and it looks really peaceful, altough soldiers show up in one of the scenes. The petrovsky park with the vintage cross-country skier scene is amazing Great quality being 100 years old and well a silent film, but with music. Well I, think the horses must have been quite loud, too due to the horseshoes.
