Baroness Trumpington is giving Lord King a 'cheeky' V sign after he described the survivor's of World War II and by association the Baroness herself (as the only surviving WWII veteran and member of the House of Lords) as looking "pretty old".

I'm sure neither Lord King nor Baroness Trumpington meant any offense.

My god she didnt do anything.. bullshit.. to me it looks like she was confused and raised her hands just to say 'hi'.. I mean, how can u tell what she ment by showing a 'V', or a peace sign, or maybe her middlefinger with accidently another finger.. Leave the baroness alone, thats what i think
