Hard Rock Calling (formerly Hyde Park Calling) is an annual music festival held in Hyde Park, London, which first took place on Saturday July 1 and Sunday July 2, 2006. The music played is primarily rock music, and various performers, including The Who, Aerosmith, Neil Young and Bruce Springsteen have played at the event. The festival is organised by Hard Rock Cafe and Live Nation.

@syrianbutterfly We didn't queue up. We got there about 3pm and got close enough for us. If you want to get right down the front then you'd need to get there a couple of hours before the gates open.

Going again this year, too. Good times :-)

@Smemful, thats a decent time but maybe an hour early just to be on the safer side, i read somewhere someone was there from 4am which is mad!!

@syrianbutterfly heyy :) I didn't actually go last time. Door opens at 2, I'm gonna aim to get there for around 11 i think, just to avoid being at the back!! But I'm not too sure, what do you reckon?
