@robertwa80: I've been looking for that footage for years. He hit that one off the great Warren Spahn! So amazing that he's your cousin! When I was living in Greenvillle South Carolina a couple years back, I met Lou Brissie who pitched for Tigers during Luke's era, and he shared a story of Dizzy Trout who got frustrated pitching to Luke one time because of the foul balls. Dizzy threw his mitt up in disgust, and said "Try to hit that foul." Luke said, "If you throw it near the plate I could." :-)
